| The Return? |
[Sep. 11th, 2007|08:23 pm] |
So yes, I am back, "Back from where you say?" well I'm not too sure, its not like I did much during this two year absence. While some of you maybe shocked that I have returned to post after so long. A lengthy time that even warrants closure of this account and shutting up shop for good, since let's face it; most of my posts are complete rubbish and are better of as random posts/notes on Facebook.
Speaking of Facebook, it is officially taken over! I was standing in the "Que" (This is how they spelt it, not me, rather irritating really for a largely English populated area.)and I overheard someone ask how to get VIP/Guest list and the bouncer simply replied Facebook. The DJ was constantly going on about it as well, I'm not sure the reason to be honest, may of had something to do with Brian from BB8. Was he the winner? I stopped watching the show after the first year. In the news over several things, companies complaining they're losing millions since all their workers are wasting their time on social networking websites. Football managers warning players not to use the site as girls are lining up to add them and become a WAG, or should it be WoG (Wives or Girlfriends) but obviously I realise the racial connotations with this.
So this brings me to another reason why I have chosen to post an entry here rather than Facebook, too many people I don't really know will read what I post, same can be said for here but not too many people know of this blog, and those who do will hardly ever read it. While normally I don't care who reads what I write (yes I'm contradicting myself), the Internet is a vessel for free-thought any who. However the topic is on one of their (the people I don't know, but have added me on Facebook, since I went to school with them and they want their friends list to be bigger) sacred watering holes, in the town of Watford.
So the night began with me heading to a friends house as she got ready, and her girls trying to navigate their way there. Once everyone had arrived, and the girls did what they do to get ready. We all piled into a VW Beetle Convertible, and when I say piled in, I mean pretty illegal likely-to-get-pulled-over piled-in, reminded me of my youth to be honest. With the girls driving and navigating, it was rather hectic inside the car as we entered Watford Town Centre.
We began the night with a few drinks at the local Lloyd's bar, the first thing I noticed is that everyone was white, and they were wearing the same thing, well almost the same thing, the guys all donning a skin-head or a hair style they'd seen off the telly. Styles that most Chinese and SE Asian people I knew had already done to death years ago. After a few minutes "enjoying" my watered down Strongbow, seriously now how can you do that to an English Cider. I began to realise the girls, (not the ones I was with) the somewhat generic looking girls were drinking pitchers of cocktails, not one between a few girls, one EACH, with two straws for maximum suction. There certainly is a class level between the sort of night-out in Watford, than in Central London, that's for sure.
After the drinks we headed to the club pretty early to take advantage of the free entry, again something I had usually done in my youth. Now I heard a lot about the club, Destiny during secondary school, most of the cool kids all went their during their Under-18 gigs, and probably times with fake-ID. I wasn't interested to go along with them to be honest, I didn't think it was my sort of scene, I was in Central London, with cooler people I had met along the way through puberty, going to cooler places. And going there now, I think I was right.
We sat in the empty club as it slowly filled with lots more white people, now don't get me wrong, I love you guys. I have a lot of white friends, and a great respect for this Nation I was born in. But I have never ever seen so many completely wankered white people in my life, seriously now the binge drinking does not help the image of the country nor your livers(that said, and the NHS). I realise it's been a social aspect since the World Wars, and even before that just generally in your blood during the medieval times, drinking heavily before going into battle. We moved between the R'n'B/Hip Hop room and the General floor a few times, the General floor mainly playing Club Anthem Classics, and the R'n'B/Hip Hop room playing the same ol' usual songs a Rn B/Hip Hop room plays. Now I prefer everything in moderation, and because of this each rooms music was getting stagnant and boring, one room playing a mix of the two would of been a lot better. The other difference between the two room was colour, the General floor was filled with white folk wanting that feel for Aiya Napa and Ibiza, while the R'n'B/Hip Hop room was crowed with Asians and black folk, also the Asian and black guys knew a few dance moves, mainly stepping, a bit of popping. They were mixing both the blood and crip walk, which in the US is obviously a big no-no, don't use either in a club unless you know where you are and who is around watching. While the white folk who were drunk were dancing like drunkard white folk and the more sober ones trying not to look silly and looked rather uncomfortable.
To be honest I was uncomfortable with dancing to so many Club Anthems, I just don't have the energy for it. Hip Hop requires a lot less movement from guys, unless you want to win an award or medal like in, "Save the Last Dance". Now on the general dance floor there are two cages on next to the DJ booth, of which we noticed that Paris and Brittany had clear made a mark on a girl, who was shaking her thing above us with no knickers on. Very classy. This was around the time my ass got squeezed a couple of times, by a girl or guy I wouldn't have a clue. I would assume the latter to be honest, since it is usually their modus operandi in a club, that and later on that dance floor a guy was dancing really close behind me, I quickly moved away to the other side of my friends. I absolutely loved the Pendulum, as well as general Jungle and DnB set the DJ's gave, which I obviously raved up like a loony.
The best part of the night was meeting Brian from BB8. Not really, as previously said I haven't watched the show in years, and I have no idea what his relevance in BB8 is. However that didn't stop a member of our group going completely crazy for him as we waiting next to the area he was to make his entry from. I also noticed a rather effeminate man standing waiting as well, he seemed to be undoing his belt, and just generally touching himself in anticipation of Brian.
Actually I think the best part of the night was recieving the respect touch from a black guy in a wheel-chair in the R'n'B/Hip Hop room. I walked in just as the track changed and the rather lonesome black guy was getting his groove on with no discernable friends accompanying him, I imitated his groove and directed some energy and respect his way. To which he responded with holding out his closed fist towards me, returning the respect he had been givin, That or he just liked my Artful Dodger jacket. Personally I like to think it was the former, since it gives the feeling that I had done a good deed that night.
The night ended with me crashing at my friends as the girl driving didn't want to detour to my house, which really pissed me off as it can be easily routed to as a point on the way to my friends house. Oh well. |

bleh im not even sure how im supposed to write this. i've hurt someone and i understand that, but i dont even know if the problem is resolved yet. i've been thinking about this a lot, laying in bed, in the shower. just trying to get to grips with the situation and what the best course of action would be.
This is one of the reasons i havent been involved with girls over the past god knows how long, i'm not even sure of aofihasodfiha;uoigai;fojgao;fijga;foijgargalkenga;oivjclkneroiuaergm i dont even know what im thinking, what i feeling. or what i should be thinking or feeling.
its funny how our relationship is fine, as long as we keep it cool, i dont think its cool at the moment. i think i might just leave for a week or something to let things settle and cool, but is it right to do that? just leave, no word, no goodbyes, is it fair on them, is it fair on me?
Do you not just hate it when you can't sort out this subject and talk to someone is the very person thats involved? i could so easily talk to this person and understand my feelings and thoughts.
what are these feelings anyway, is it love, is it hate. heh, i certainly do not hate her.
someone who's shaped my feelings and my thoughts over the past years. someone who i care so deeply for, and would hate myself for ruining a lovely relationship.
you know i dont even know what to write now. i feel so annoyed, angry, i dont like not knowing how to fix something. then i feel deeply sorry and confused because i want it to be sorted. i don't want our relationship left in such a state.
im going to go now because i have no idea how to write this next bit. really im just rambling on... because im so confused. is it really better to hate the one you love in the long run? maybe, but i dont like that option. |

The birds are singing, the bees are buzzing to the sweet scent of blossoming flowers. The sun is kissing warm your skin and the wind with a gentle breeze is uplifting the spirits and skirts of young girls (of the appropriate age for girls that would be wearing skirts that could be uplifted by a gentle spring breeze). The sakura is blossoming into a very deep shade of pink that roses your cheeks while the sun brightens your eyes as well as that smile.
Alas it was my birthday yesterday and I had a nice family dinner, I plan on doing something during the weekend when i'm not doing coursework for this crappy course that I absolutely detest as of this moment. |

Your element is earth: Wise, solitary, mysterious and loving. You are very wise. Your wise as in you know things others do not, you can see past stereotypes and see the real people behind their facades, and people will often come to you for help and advice. Quite solitary and somewhat shy around people because you prefer animals and plants, animals aren't afraid to show themselves or what they are feeling and plants are fun to nurture. You are very strong in your silence if you set your mind on something you will often times pursue it to the end. Sometimes you just want to get away, so you seek refuge in the forest where you can have time to think and try to sort out your emotions. The sound of the wind usually calms you, especially moving through the trees. Life to you is something precious and should not be taken for granted.

It has just really dawned on little old me, that im going to be second year in college in a week. I guess it thought i found it funny when some people felt kinda insecure about thier age, but it really does hit you hard i guess when you realise, you are getting old, and theres nothing you can really do about it.
So, hmm my summer, eventfull i guess. A Canadian, a swede and a yank all turned up at my house, and we got drunk. fun fun fun. Had a liver biopsy, now theres a hole in my liver, which has since healed i guess. Couldnt have alcohol for a while, >.< went to a club with friends, real oriental do ya know. Sorta boring since they took my SLR camera off me, how annoying, how else was i suppose to enjoy myself if i couldnt drink??
My future, well i thought a bit about it over the summer. my first hope was to go get some work experience with a recording studio and see if i really wanted to go into the music industry. however that sorta fell through due to my laziness and bad contact.
how ever that hasnt dropped my hopes. i got my results to my AS levels, hoorar, not bad, not great. i passed my japanese course with flying colours. On one section of my Media AS, i got an A this was about media industry, which as you should know is closely link and basically is the music industry aswell. Another section i got an E, really dissapointed at this, however understandable since my teacher left the college during the time I was learning that particular subject and we didnt have a new one for weeks.
So my current plans, are either Go to Japan and learn at WLE in either Osaka or Tokyo. which would be great, i guess i could teach english parttime too for cash i guess, or anywhere else where English or something natural to me would give me an edge.
or join my onee-chan @ SOAS in London, where i could learn music industry and couple it with Japanese.
well we'll see what happens ay. |

I like the internet which is a form of Transmission, albiet i dont like STD oh c'mon who would, apart from hospitals that would get money from removing it i guess. Terminator was a good film albiet the recent one T3, was not so Tip-top. I also like Theories and Tangents and Tangerines and Tank-Tops and Thorax which protects our most needed organs. also Thesaurus which you would think is a dinosaur because it has saur in it, however its and invention that helps people seem smarter by putting in words that are better suited and probably more archaic than others.

| [ | The Hills are Alive with the Sound of |
| | Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra - No More Words (Harmony) | ] | I've been reading "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time", the writer Mark Haddon decided to write a book from the point of view of Christopher Boone and Christopher has Asperger's Syndrome. This means they have normal intelligence and language development possibly better than most, but who also exhibited autistic-like behaviors and marked deficiencies in social and communication skills. Almost like a nerd that sits on his computer, reading strange websites, and writing blogs.
Chistopher Boone knows a great deal about maths and very little about people. It's a very British book, you can tell as soon as he says in his Behavioural Problems list P. Hating France kekeke. Other Behavioural Problems are H. Not liking yellow things or brown things and refusing to touch yellow things or brown things. or J. Not eating different sorts of foods if other sorts of foods are touching them and 15 other Behavioural Problems. As i was saying the Narrator is Christopher Boone, and his story is a murder mystery novel and Christopher is the Detective. The story starts with a dead dog with a pitch fork in him. So Christopher decides to find out who killed the dog and he sets out on a most terrifying ordeal.
When reading the book you notice that the chapters do not start with 1 and that because Christopher has written them in Prime Numbers, he likes Prime Numbers.
This book is funny in a quite twisted way.
Heres a joke that Christopher tells: There are three men on a train. One of them is an Economist and one of them is a Logician and one of them is a mathematician. And they have just crossed the bored into Scotland (I don't know why they are going to Scotland) and they see a brown cow standing in a field from the window of the train (and the cow is standing parallel to the train). And so the Economist says 'Look the cow's in Scotland are Brown' And the Logician says ' No, There are cow's in Scotland of which one, at least, is brown' And the Mathematician says ' No, There is at least one cow in Scotland, of which one side appears to be brown'
On another note, Sazzie has opened a fanlist!! its about the Legendary Three, (incase you wondering what im on about, one word; Naruto) so hmm
I chose this music well, because it's like the original but a thousand times better, and it has a piano. Ayumi is brilliant, and combine her with the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, its just sublime.
Anywhoo i gotta go, but butt hurts.

Then if your like me you just fall asleep no matter how interesting the consequences of new technologies affecting our jobs is, or how the media can take over your mind and serve you two different images of their company i.e. and cute little fish (nemo) and a katana wielding gai-jin that kills like 100 people within 5mins without you realizing it. I doubt I’ll do terrible with the amount of revision I have or haven’t done, but currently I would be at a C I should think. and so to take my mind away from all that rubbish I go to a friends house to get terribly drunk and try to compete in alcohol consumption with a person that would be almost double my body mass, in the end this doesn’t make for a good mix if you add the hash that was floating around the air my poor little liver couldn’t handle it all. I'm not at all saying it was a bad night, it did what it was supposed to, take my mind off my exams for a few hours, even if it did mean that i would have to throw up some green stuff? i dont know what that was cause i didnt eat anything green that day or eat at all for that matter, im on a diet you see *cough* aswell as having blurred vision for a while. |

Like Van Helsing, its a bit of a disappointment.
Well, there are those cool fight scenes and interesting dialogue parts, but not well balanced enough. The fight scenes are pretty impressive sort of LoTR reminiscent which was rather cool, but as you got in the mood of the gloriousness of it all it sort of stops, then there is a load of funeral pyres with coins in which should not of existed at that time, some dialogue and there is another fight scene and some great balls of fire.
There are some cool things about the film, such as Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom, the money makers, Orli for all the younger girls and women, and Brad for the older generation, and if you like both, it’s a plus for you ay, Brad prancing around in a short skirt. No voyeuristic shots though, you can tell the film was made by a man that way albeit you do see them totally neekid with their prides out of camera shot. As for Orli, well he is a total pansy he starts the war, decides he will battle the other man for his wife, runs from the battle, war continues, starts to use his arrows (possibly the only thing he is good at, he probably had enough practise during LoTR), kills Achilles, the male protagonist. The only good idea he had was “Burn it”.
What I don’t get is well…. So you have this chick in your quarters, and you’ve just killed several people and desecrated a temple, and this woman is really religious. Your partially asleep and she puts a knife to your throat, ..*few seconds later* you have your hand up her thigh and your kissing her and she’s no longer clutching the dagger. See in this scene you can’t help but say “its just cause he’s Brad Pitt”.
So the story ends with an arrow being shot into Achilles heel, and several more in his chest, not once does the movie explain the whole “his only week spot is his heel” crap, nor is the arrow poisonous like it was meant to be.
Honestly I nearly fell asleep several times, but the fit body of Brad sorta perks you up.. lol
Best thing was throwing popcorn at Dave! |

| | The Product G&B feat. Carlos Santana - Dirty Dancing | ] | Controversial director Michael Moore has said film studio Disney is refusing to release his new documentary, which heavily criticises President Bush.
Man these people don't know a thing about the internet do they, this is like the best publicity that Moore could get, this is how he got his book published, i mean a documentary about the Bush family and the Bin Laden clan everyone is going to have a interest in that.
i found this randomly researching on Disney as apart of my research for Media Studies, and because someone said that Disney were being bought over, which i think is highly impossible, its like the 2nd largest mass multimedia conglomerate company in the world next to TimeWarner (formerly AOL TimeWarner)
Oscar-winner Michael Moore’s next project will depict the murky relationship between President Bush's father and the family of Osama bin Laden, suggesting that the bin Laden family was greatly enriched by that association. Moore is set to make a deal with Mel Gibson's Icon Productions to finance Fahrenheit 911, a documentary which will trace why the U.S. has become a target for hatred and terrorism. It will also depict alleged dealings between two generations of the Bush and bin Laden clans that led to George W. Bush and Osama bin Laden becoming mortal enemies. Said Moore: "The primary thrust of the new film is what has happened to the country since September 11 and how the Bush administration used this tragic event to push its agenda. It certainly does deal with the Bush and bin Laden ties. It asks a number of questions that I don't have the answers to yet, but which I intend to find out."
More info here
Edit LMAO Disney are now accusing Moore of engineering this whole thing to get greater publicity, i guess it worked ay? but you cant really believe a multi media conglomerate like Disney, Walt was a psychopeado. Its funny ay? using the media to get more media attention and fight other media companies, but still i want to see this documentary. |
